Besani Bhindi is a popular crispy vegetable recipe, which is guessed to have taken birth from Rajasthan of India. Besani Bhindi is cooked with many spices that make this very special dry vegetable really enjoyable with Indian Roti or Naan. Preparation of this dish is quite quick with minimal time consumption.

Cooking Methodology;
Pour 2 table spoons refined oil in Pan and heat it up. After a little heating –up, pour Jeera (Cumin Seeds) into it and when Jeera starts cracking, put Bhindi and onion cuts into the pan. Stir the whole mix a little and then pour besan into it. Keep cooking the mix for some time, while also continue to stir the whole mixture. Once the whole mix is cooked a little, pour all spices into it and fry it .Then add red chilli powder and salt to the mix and further stir a little. Then take down the pan from Gas Burner and Besani Bhindi is ready to be served.
Special Precaution must be taken to cut the Bhindis longitudinally . To watch how this is done skilfully, see the U-Tube video of Renu Goel depicting this recipe.
